The following meditations are designed to invoke your harmonization with the sacred elements of water for your emotions and the sacred element of air for your mental.
We recommend creating a safe, comfortable space during meditation. Make sure you are undisturbed and have time for yourself to reflect after the meditation. You can do the meditation lying down or sitting, as long as you feel comfortable and can relax. The meditation will take about 60 minutes. Feel free to choose one or both elements for one exercise.
