The following exercise is designed to align you with your spiritual essence and your higher-self and the knowledge of who you are - a spiritual being in a spiritual universe.


We recommend creating a safe, comfortable space during meditation. Make sure you are undisturbed and have time for yourself to reflect after the meditation. You can do the meditation lying down or sitting, as long as you feel comfortable and can relax. The meditation will take about 20 minutes.
