The following exercises are designed to invoke your harmonization in alignment with the sacred vibrational elements of earth for your physical body and the physical world and the vibrational element of fire for your creativity, passion and destiny.
We recommend creating a safe, comfortable space during meditation. Make sure you are undisturbed and have time for yourself to reflect after the meditation. You can do the meditation lying down or sitting, as long as you feel comfortable and can relax. The meditation will take about 35 minutes. Feel free to choose one or both elements for the meditation.
